Here’s exactly what to expect when booking your portrait session with us.

📝 1. Request a Quote & Fill Out the Questionnaire

Click “Book Now”, "Contact" us or message on Instagram to begin. We'll send you a short questionnaire so we can understand your vision, goals, and personality—because no two portraits should ever look the same. Be sure to include your name and e-mail address!

📆 2. Book Your Session

Once details are confirmed:

• Pay a 30% deposit to reserve your date

• Sign our digital photography agreement

You'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to prepare.

🎨 3. Create Your Vision Board

Within 7 days of booking, start a Pinterest board or share image inspiration with us. We'll review your ideas, offer suggestions, and collaborate with you to bring your vision to life.

👗 4. Get Ready

A few days before the session, be sure to:

• Choose and prep your outfits

• Handle any grooming (hair, nails, skin, etc.)

• Confirm date, time, and location with us

💳 Final payment is due the day of your session, prior to the start of photography.

🌅 5. Shoot Day!

We shoot during Golden Hour for dreamy, cinematic lighting.

⏳ There are no strict time limits—we shoot until the sun sets.

📍 If we’re in a studio, your reserved time will determine our session length.

🖼️ 6. Receive Your Preview Gallery (Within 7 Days)

You'll get access to a private, watermarked gallery of all the best images—lightly edited for review.

❤️ Choose your favorites and use the built-in comment feature to tell us exactly what you love or what you'd like adjusted. This helps us edit every image to your taste.

✨ 7. Receive Your Final Edited Gallery (Within 1 Week of Selection)

Once you've sent us your favorites, we’ll deliver your fully edited, high-resolution gallery via email.

Downloads are unlimited, and you’ll get both web and print-ready versions.

👁️ 8. Review Before Downloading

Before downloading your final photos, please take a moment to review everything carefully.

If you see any discrepancies or need adjustments, simply reply to the gallery email—we’ll make it right.

Your gallery includes access to our professional print shop. Order prints, canvases, and albums with just a few clicks—delivered right to your door with gallery-quality finishes.
